for Native Shield's Referral Program

Basic Program Rules

  1. In order to make a qualified referral, you must be a current Native Shield customer in good standing to earn rewards for your referrals. You may receive rewards for referring up to 20 friends who are not already Native Shield customers. You cannot refer yourself or anyone residing your own address.
  2. To receive a reward as a qualified referrer, you must have purchased a minimum of $60 in Native Shield services.
  3. By enrolling and participating in Native Shield's Referral Program, you are agreeing to the following detailed Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

General

  1. In order to earn rewards in Native Shield's Referral Program you may be require you to submit personal information about yourself or your friends (e.g. name and contact information). All information submitted to us is collected in accordance with the Native Shield privacy policy.
  2. If you want to participate in Native Shield's Referral Program, you agree that Native Shield can send information to you. This information will be about Native Shield's Referral Program and/or our services.
  3. We reserve the right to amend any of the conditions of Native Shield's Referral Program program at any time, at our discretion.
    We reserve the right to not award a reward or disqualify someone from Native Shield's Referral Program if we feel that fraudulent actions have taken place.
  4. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions. Rewards are not valid for previous offers or orders.
  5. You can only use legal means to refer friends to Native Shield. Spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or any other illegal types of communication are prohibited, and will immediately disqualify you from participation in Native Shield's Referral Program.
  6. Fraudulent or unethical types of communication such as bots, false identities, fake emails, or scripts are also prohibited and will result in disqualification by Native Shield with respect to your enrollment and participation in Native Shield's Referral Program.

Rewards

  1. Rewards are issued when an existing Native Shield customer refers qualified friends to Native Shield who then, sign-up and purchase a minimum of $60 in Native Shield services.
  2. In the context of Native Shield's Referral Program, you become eligible to receive a reward once your referred friend signs-up and purchases a minimum of $60 in Native Shield services.
  3. A “qualified friend” is anyone who is not currently, and has never been, a Native Shield customer. A “qualified action” is the signing-up and purchase of any Native Shield services totaling $60 or more.
  4. Additionally, to be a qualified referrer:
    • When you are communicating through a digital referral channel (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or email) you must not knowingly send a message to a friend who has stated that they are not wanting or willing to accept such communications from you.
    • You must provide Native Shield with a valid and active email address.
    • You cannot participate in Native Shield's Referral Program if participation is prohibited by applicable local laws or regulations.
    • You must be of the age of majority in the state of Ohio to participate in Native Shield's Referral Program.
    • You must be an individual person to participate in Native Shield's Referral Program.
  5. Only a single (one) reward may be earned for each friend referred to Native Shield. You cannot refer the same friend (or address) to Native Shield multiple times in order to earn multiple rewards from that same referral.
  6. For each friend referred to Native Shield who signs-up and purchases a minimum of $60 in Native Shield services, you will receive a reward of a $25 account credit good towards a minimum purchase of $60 in Native Shield services.
  7. After Native Shield confirms that you have referred your friend to us and that they have signed-up and purchased a minimum of $60 in Native Shield services, you will receive an email from Native Shield with information on how to collect/redeem your reward.
    • Rewards will only be earned in relation to your qualified referred friend where your qualified friend signs-up and purchases a minimum of $60 in Native Shield services after responding to a referral email sent or issued through Native Shield's Referral Program or through responding to a verbal referral and joining Native Shield's Referral Program. If someone purchases a minimum of $60 in Native Shield services using any other link or method, the registration will not be recognized as a qualified referral and the referrer will not earn a reward for that referral.

Legal

  1. These terms apply to Native Shield's Referral Program. By participating in Native Shield's Referral Program you are agreeing to the following terms. If you do not agree to the following terms, do not participate in Native Shield's Referral Program, and do not refer any friends to Native Shield.
  2. The laws of Ohio govern this referral/rewards Native Shield's Referral Program.
  3. Rewards have no monetary value. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be traded, exchanged, or bartered for any legal currency units. If Native Shield's Referral Program is terminated for any reason, or if your account or relationship with us is terminated for any reason, then your rewards will expire.
  4. All rewards are subject to verification for compliance with Native Shield's Referral Program terms. Native Shield reserves the right to withhold and/or not grant rewards if we find that you have obtained rewards in a fraudulent, illegal, or unethical manner, or if we feel that granting rewards and allowing the redemption of those rewards will expose Native Shield to any liability or the possibility of any legal damages.
  5. By participating in Native Shield's Referral Program, you agree to release and hold Native Shield harmless from any and all claims or damages arising out of or in connection with Native Shield's Referral Program. You also agree that Native Shield's Referral Program and rewards are provided “as is where is”. THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THIRD PARTIES RIGHTS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF ONE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend Native Shield's Referral Program if Native Shield determines, by our sole discretion, that the administration, security, or fairness of Native Shield's Referral Program has been compromised in any manner.
